Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking a dependable Machine Operator 1 for our production facility. You will set up, operate, and monitor basic food processing machines to produce intermediate products, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates have experience operating machinery in a food environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team. This is a non-exempt, full-time role with opportunities for growth within the production team.

Qualificações

• Experience operating machinery is preferred.
• Food industry experience is preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to work with attention to detail and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Operate basic food processing machines to produce intermediate products.
• Set up machines for production runs and adjust settings.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and compliance with guidelines.
• Inspect parts and perform adjustments to maintain specs.
• Clean and sanitize machines per guidelines.
• Monitor dates, weights, and temperatures per guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Follow safety protocols and HACCP requirements.
• Attend work reliably and punctually.
