Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 8- or 10-hour shifts.
• Must be self-starting and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency to complete tasks.
• Good communication with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate various manufacturing equipment following directions.
• Read a tape measure to 1/16” and perform basic math.
• Perform complete make ready and shutdown.
• Maintain quality inspection criteria and labeling.
• Keep areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Report any equipment issues promptly.
