Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and use hand tools.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or with a team.
• Willingness to operate multiple machines as directed.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Meet production targets and schedules.
• Monitor product quality and ensure specifications.
• Notify Group Leader of quality issues or deviations.
• Report equipment malfunctions promptly.
