Job summary

The Machine Operator I at Bron Tapes Inc. is an entry level role based in Denver, CO. The position supports production by operating machinery, performing warehousing tasks, and ensuring quality in a fast-paced environment.

Day shift, Monday through Friday, with open until filled. Starting pay is $21/hour and benefits available after 30 days. Previous machine experience is preferred but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with teammates and ability to follow written directions.
• Hands-on material handling experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards.
• Highly attentive to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in production and sales settings.
• Some forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Slitting a variety of adhesive materials to customer specs.
• Packaging and kitting orders.
• Preparing orders for shipment per customer requirements.
• Operating slitting machines and related equipment with proper setup.
• Performing quality inspections of finished goods.
• Using the Warehouse Management System to track material and orders.
• Maintaining safety, organization, and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Participate in inventory management and validation.
• Adhering to machine maintenance schedules and recording logs.
