Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician at 8141 US Highway 51 N, Millington, TN 38053. You’ll learn through award-winning training and perform basic vehicle maintenance to help keep guests safe on the road.

No prior automotive experience is required, and you’ll work in a friendly, collaborative team environment. The role offers hands-on training, opportunity for advancement to a Service Center Manager within 18-24 months, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance services.
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, and inspect lights and wipers.
• Complete an 18-point safety check and assist with other preventative maintenance tasks.
