Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Chester, VA is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You will provide friendly, customer-focused service and perform preventative maintenance with our award-winning training program.

No automotive experience is required to start; you’ll learn to change oil, check fluids, rotate tires, test batteries, and inspect lights and wipers while keeping guests safe on the road. This role emphasizes teamwork and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• From day one, you will receive hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• Bring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
• English fluency in reading, writing and speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance services.
• Check and refill fluids as needed.
• Rotate tires and inspect/replacement of batteries.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers as needed.
• Perform an 18-point vehicle maintenance check.
• Provide top-tier customer service during service visits.
