Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring an Entry‑Level Lube Technician at our Seymour, IN location. You’ll join a friendly, collaborative team and participate in an award‑winning training program to build your skills while delivering top‑tier customer service.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance tasks and drive safe, reliable customer experiences, with scheduled hours and opportunities for growth into management roles within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• Change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires.
• Test and replace batteries; inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Perform an 18‑point safety check and other maintenance tasks as trained.
