Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Morristown, TN. You will work with a friendly team to deliver top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services on vehicles.

Training is provided so no automotive experience is required. You’ll learn tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, and a comprehensive 18-point maintenance check.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Schedule flexibility, including weekend availability.
• Must read and understand training materials and instructions.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance on guest vehicles.
• Change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect lights and wipers.
• Complete an 18-point maintenance check and report any issues.
• Provide top-tier customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
