Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician at our Somerset, PA location. You’ll join a friendly, collaborative team and perform preventive maintenance tasks while delivering superb customer service.

No prior automotive experience is required thanks to our award‑winning training program that teaches you to change oil, check fluids, rotate tires, and complete a thorough 18‑point inspection. Benefits start day one and growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• From day one you’ll receive hands‑on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• We seek team members with schedule flexibility and a customer‑focused attitude.
• This role requires English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform oil/filter service.
• Check and refill fluids as needed.
• Rotate tires and inspect tires for wear.
• Test and replace batteries when needed.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers during maintenance checks.
• Perform an 18‑point maintenance check and document results.
• Assist with other preventive maintenance services as required.
