Job summary

Paycom is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to learn and perform basic vehicle maintenance safely. You will be trained in the company’s methods for job acceleration and growth while maintaining excellent service and technical skills.

Duties include changing filters, wipers, checking fluids, batteries, tire pressure, minor repairs, shop cleaning, and accurate timekeeping. A valid driver’s license and strong communication are required; uniform shirts are provided to support a professional

Qualifications

• Driver’s license required.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing; basic math skills needed.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Comfort using a computer and basic register systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform general center maintenance and cleaning.
• Replace air and cabin filters, light bulbs, and windshield wipers.
• Check and adjust under-hood fluid levels; inspect batteries.
• Wash windshields; adjust tire pressure; perform safety checks.
• Follow grooming standards; attend required meetings; clock in accurately.
