AutoNation Express Service Technician in Maryland performs vehicle maintenance to dealer and factory standards, building customer trust and ensuring safety and reliability.

You will communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and keep customers informed, while documenting work and staying current with factory bulletins. The role includes paid training and OEM certification support, with clear paths to career progression across service, sales, management, and regional roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Perform vehicle maintenance work per repair order to dealership and factory standards, with efficiency and accuracy.
• Regularly communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in training sessions as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
