AutoNation Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance and service with efficiency and accuracy, in line with dealer and factory standards, to build customer loyalty and trust in AutoNation as a care-giver for vehicle safety and reliability.

You will communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors, document work on repair orders, stay current with factory bulletins, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes for quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, per dealership and factory standards, to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
