Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Granite City, IL, is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician to perform preventive maintenance and deliver high-quality customer service while completing oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and battery inspections.

You will work in a friendly team environment with comprehensive on-the-job training, weekly pay, health/dental/vision benefits, and opportunities for growth within the service center.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Willingness to learn and work in a customer-focused environment.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and check/refill fluids.
• Rotate tires and inspect batteries.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Perform an 18-point maintenance check.
• Provide top-tier customer service.
