Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Texas invites you to join as an entry-level lube technician. Learn to change oil, check fluids, rotate tires, inspect lights, and perform an 18-point safety check while delivering friendly, fast service.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and top-offs as needed.
• Rotate tires and inspect lights, wipers, and batteries.
• Test and replace batteries, lights, and wipers as required.
• Provide fast, friendly, customer-focused service during visits.

What You’ll Do:As an entry-level lube technician (aka auto technician), you will help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles. Through our award winning training program, you will learn to change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers, perform an 18-point safety check, and more.
