Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring an Entry‑Level Lube Technician at 100 Benevan Square, Butler, PA 16001. You will join a friendly, collaborative team and perform preventative maintenance to keep guests safe on the road.

No prior automotive experience is required, as our award‑winning training will teach you the needed skills. You’ll receive hands‑on training and support to grow within the company, with a focus on safety, quality customer service, and advancing to roles such as

Qualifications

• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to review and follow training materials and safety procedures.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, inspect lights and wipers.
• Assist customers and provide friendly service.

Together, we’ll help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service, while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles. Your road to VIOC doesn’t require previous automotive experience. Through our award‑winning training program, we’ll teach you how to:

• Change oil
• Check and refill fluids
• Rotate tires
• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers
• Perform an 18-point maintenance check
• And other preventive maintenance services

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer‑focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• We expect you can: Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
