Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Spokane, WA is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll join a friendly team and participate in a hands-on training program to perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other preventive maintenance jobs.

No automotive experience is required from day one; you’ll learn through award-winning training and have the opportunity to advance, with benefits including health coverage, paid weekly, and a clear path to management within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Strong willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance on vehicles.
• Check and refill fluids as needed.
• Rotate tires and inspect battery, lights, and wipers.
• Perform an 18-point maintenance check and report issues.
