Victoria's Secret & Co. Logistics is seeking an entry-level leader to develop as a front-line supervisor in our Columbus distribution center. You'll help plan and organize tasks, lead associates, and learn to communicate with teams to achieve operational goals.

This developmental role offers exposure to DC systems, safety principles, and cross-functional collaboration with brands. Hours are Mon–Fri with 4 10s; overtime as needed, and compensation starts at $21 per hour with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent attendance and performance record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of DC operations and PC software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor with department goals and workflow.
• Communicate effectively with Supervisor and Associates.
• Foster a positive team environment and on-floor performance.
• Coordinate training of current and new hire Associates.
• Oversee adherence to DC procedures and provide feedback.
