Qualifications

• Comfort with PCs, software, and quick learning of new systems.
• Clear, effective verbal and written communication with team and supervisors.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Must be able to perform essential functions and assist in all areas of the department.
• Knowledge of DC operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in planning and organizing department goals and workload.
• Communicate effectively with Supervisor and Associates in writing and speech.
• Support Associates to foster a positive, productive team environment.
• Ensure adherence to DC procedures and provide feedback to Supervisor.
• Lead training for current and new hire Associates.
