• Comparing financial information and identifying discrepancies.
• Assisting with redisclosures, settlements, and customer refunds.
• Monitoring requests through shared mailboxes and workflow queues.
• Communicating with internal teams and external settlement partners.
• Maintaining accurate records and meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Handling confidential financial information with professionalism.
