• Recent law school graduate seeking to develop litigation skills in a high-volume defense firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage files throughout litigation processes independently and as part of the team.
• Conduct fact investigations.
• Handle document productions and other discovery tasks.
• Prepare witnesses for deposition.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Review and analyze policies, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Court hearing preparation and attendance.
• Trial preparation and attendance.
