Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background check, MVR check, pre-employment drug screening, and medical exam required.
• Must be able to obtain Class A CDL license within 6 months of hire.
• CDL is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overhead line work, including stringing wires, setting poles, and installing equipment.
• Maintain safety compliance and follow protocols during construction, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Handle and operate equipment safely; perform basic rigging and use hand tools.
• Work outdoors at various job sites in different weather conditions; travel may be required.
• Communicate effectively with team using radios and follow crew directions.
