Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking an Entry‑Level Line Cook for Hotel Orielle, Autograph Collection, in Savannah's historic Riverfront district. You’ll join a premier luxury hotel team, support culinary operations, and help deliver elevated dining experiences for guests.

As you learn from experienced chefs, you’ll chop, marinate, and plate dishes to spec, maintain a clean workstation, and contribute to recipe development while embracing a fast-paced environment and flexible hours including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary arts education or relevant training is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and marinating ingredients.
• Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure high-quality dishes.
• Cook and plate menu items according to established standards.
