Job summary

Protective Life is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to assist the inbound sales queue within the Protection Division. You will help financial advisors understand life insurance and annuity solutions and support wholesalers to drive sales across territories.

This entry-level role requires strong communication, attention to detail, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and licensing within 12 months is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Adaptable and flexible to accommodate business needs.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Reliable and dependable for key stakeholders and partners.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Must obtain Series 6, Series 63, and Life licenses within 12 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales calls daily to strengthen relationships and find selling opportunities.
• Pass qualified leads to External/Internal Wholesalers in the territory.
• Convey Protective’s mission and value proposition to advisors.
• Fulfill advisor requests for product illustrations and marketing materials.
• Serve as a product expert, educating on features and benefits.
• Maintain advisor profile information and sales activities in Protective databases.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and individual check-ins to track performance.
