Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking an Entry Level Monitoring Technician (LDAR) in Los Angeles, CA. You will learn on-the-job while protecting the environment, with a clear path for advancement and quarterly bonuses.

The role starts at $20.50/hr with comprehensive training, paid time off, great benefits, and opportunities to increase pay in the first year. Daily site work, safety meetings, and equipment inspections are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Ability to be on your feet for 8-10+ hours per day on uneven ground (concrete, rock, grass, mud/dirt).
• Love being outdoors and working safely in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to climb stairs and ladders to heights up to 300 ft.
• Reliable transportation to the worksites is required.
• Some mechanical abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of components to detect leaks that emit hazards.
• Perform and record calibrations on analyzers before use.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on analyzers.
• Identify and report changes to components during monitoring.
• Identify and report new or removed components during monitoring.
• Identify and report AV leaks, open-ended lines, and missing tags.
• Support leak repair activities at customer worksites as required.
• Complete Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) daily and inspections as required.
• Complete daily paperwork and attend safety meetings.
