Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is hiring an Entry Level Monitoring Technician (LDAR) to learn and grow in the oil and gas industry. This on-site role offers a starting pay of $22.00/hr, comprehensive training, and a clear career path with opportunities for advancement within the company.

You will monitor equipment for leaks, perform calibrations on analyzers, and support repair and safety activities at client sites. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and profit-sharing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to be on your feet for 8-10+ hours per day on uneven ground
• Love being outdoors and working safely in all weather
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders to high heights (up to 300ft)
• Understanding and use of a hand-held device; mechanical aptitude preferred
• Reliable transportation to worksites is required

Responsibilities

• Monitor components daily to detect leaks and emissions
• Perform and record calibrations on analyzers
• Carry out preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on analyzers
• Identify component changes during monitoring and report
• Report AVE leaks, OEL, and missing identification tags
• Assist with leak repair at customer sites as needed
• Complete Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) daily and inspections
• Complete daily paperwork and attend safety meetings
• Participate in safety trainings and knowledge trainings
