Job summary

ExperiGreen in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking an entry-level Technician I to perform core aeration and overseeding services on residential and commercial lawns. This role requires a basic lawn care understanding, the ability to operate aeration equipment, and a commitment to quality service.

No experience is required; we provide training. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Basic lawn care knowledge a plus.
• Ability to operate aeration equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform core aeration or aeration and overseeding on lawns as assigned.
• Safely operate and maintain aerators, spreaders, and other lawn care equipment.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to and from job sites.
• Assist in preparing lawns for services, including clearing debris and obstacles.
• Communicate with clients to explain services performed and answer questions.
• Maintain records of work and equipment usage.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Assist with maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Support team to complete daily schedules.
