The Position
We’re seeking a recent graduate or entry-level landscape designer who is passionate about the profession and eager to grow. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team to generate innovative ideas, produce detailed sketches and renderings, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to bring projects to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience while also developing problem-solving skills and learning about efficient production techniques. If you align with our core values of Design Excellence, Collaboration Equity, and Life Balance, and possess strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, we’d love to hear from you. Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD is required, and experience with additional design tools like LandFX, Revit, and SketchUp is a plus.
