Tate Americas is seeking an entry-level Operator to operate and maintain machinery in the Understructure department, with opportunities to learn all equipment in the Lamination area. The role emphasizes production standards, quality checks, and proper documentation.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to read and follow instructions, and the strength to lift up to 40 lbs for an eight-hour shift. Training will cover safety and equipment handling across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to interface with a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Learn and have working knowledge of all equipment within the Lamination department.
• Position parts and monitor operations to meet production standards.
• Inspect panels or parts for quality and notify issues.
• Complete production reporting and quality paperwork.
• Use banding equipment and hand-jacks for moving products safely.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
