Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in basic science or equivalent; no experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; strong organizational skills.
• Basic PC skills and ability to maintain accurate lab records.

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory research and experiments following established protocols.
• Processes human and animal samples and performs basic analyses.
• Prepares biological assays and analyzes materials with standard techniques.
• Maintains notebooks, records, and research data.
• Compiles data and supports preliminary statistical analyses.
• Operates, calibrates, and maintains laboratory equipment.
• Applies basic laboratory safety practices.
• Participates in meetings, training, and departmental activities.
• Adheres to internal controls and performs other duties as assigned.
