Job summary

Pace seeks a Scientist to join our environmental testing laboratory in East Longmeadow, MA. You will perform analyses of air, water and soil using chemistry methods, while maintaining instruments and documenting results.

A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related STEM field is required, with training provided for the right candidate. The role offers a Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule, competitive hourly compensation, and a pathway to grow within a mission-driven company

• Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform, support, and oversee the analysis of air, water, and soil samples using established chemistry and biochemistry methods.
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Accurately document procedures, observations, and results to maintain high-quality records.
