Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is hiring a Laboratory Technician I in Oklahoma City. The role supports laboratory operations through general maintenance of lab spaces, equipment, and supplies, with duties spanning sample preparation, labeling, paperwork, and basic analysis preparation.

A HS diploma and basic chemistry/lab experience are required; English proficiency is essential. 8 am–5 pm, M-F, with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: High school Chemistry coursework, basic laboratory experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including read/write/speak in English.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve samples from Sample Control for analysis.
• Perform sample preparation using methods such as aliquotting, spike and trace, prepare reagents and bottles, prepare concentrations, separation, sonication, liquid rack setup.
• Resolve discrepancies and anomalies to ensure proper labeling of samples.
• Prepare general laboratory paperwork including recording results, tracking samples, bench sheets, and lab logbooks.
• Wash laboratory glassware and stock laboratory supplies.
• Clean work areas to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist other laboratory areas as needed.
