Eurofins Environment Testing South Central in Oklahoma City is seeking an entry-level Laboratory Technician to support routine lab operations. The role involves sample handling, basic preparation, and general maintenance of the lab environment while adhering to QA programs.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, chemistry coursework, and basic lab experience, with the ability to read, write and speak English. Compensation ranges from $16 to $20 per hour for full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• High school Chemistry coursework and basic lab experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves samples from Sample Control for analysis.
• Performs sample preparation including aliquoting, spike and trace, and reagent preparation.
• Prepare concentrations, separations, and related laboratory tasks.
• Resolve discrepancies to ensure proper labeling of samples.
• Record analysis results, track samples, and maintain bench sheets/logbooks.
• Wash glassware and stock laboratory supplies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; assist other lab areas as needed.
