Job summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Laboratory Technician to support daily operations at our Conroe facility. No college degree or prior lab experience required; comprehensive hands-on training is provided to high school graduates with a strong work ethic and interest in science.

Responsibilities include sample preparation, basic testing, equipment upkeep, data logging, inventory support, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; chemistry/biology coursework is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
• Basic computer literacy with spreadsheets and data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle samples according to SOPs.
• Assist with routine laboratory testing and QC checks.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
• Log data and reports in databases and logs.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies.
• Uphold safety and OSHA guidelines.
