Job summary

Eurofins Viracor BioPharma Services is seeking a Login Technician I for 1st shift (9:30am–6:00pm, Mon–Fri). You will receive and login samples, perform data entry with precision, and ensure proper labeling, preservation, and aseptic handling.

The role requires lifting up to 55 lb and strong English communication. The position emphasizes attention to detail, ability to work quickly in a fast-paced lab environment, and familiarity with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs routinely and stand for most of the day.
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Receive samples, unpack coolers, label containers, scan shipping docs and login samples.
• Data entry for sample login with high attention to detail.
• Verify sample preservation following SOPs.
• Deliver samples to walk-in refrigerators or lab areas after receipt.
• Assist with sample disposal queue and actions.
• Assist with weighing, pipetting, preparing reagents and standards.
• Perform basic aseptic techniques, media prep, labeling and plating.
• Produce bottle kits and perform shipping, receiving and login duties.
• Make basic calculations and transcribe numbers.
• Clean equipment per SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Document all work accurately and clearly.
• Follow safety practices and company policies.
