Job summary

Solesis in Quakertown, PA is seeking a Knitting Technician to operate, monitor and clean knitting machines, perform minor adjustments, and prepare GMP documentation recording production activities and minor troubleshooting.

You will follow company SOPs and batch records, work with the group lead to ensure machines are calibrated and preventive maintenance is up to date, and maintain a safe, organized workplace while documenting production and quality data.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–1 year related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of knitting process preferred.
• Good mechanical skills required.
• Strong reliability and teamwork.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates knitting machines following SOPs and work instructions.
• Manufactures products to specifications; records quality conditions.
• Performs production as scheduled by leads and managers.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment per cGMP and SOPs.
• Prepares equipment via CIP/SIP and inspections.
• Ensures machines calibrated and PMs up-to-date.
• May perform equipment set-ups and repairs as needed.
• Keeps equipment running by following instructions and troubleshooting.
• Documents production via forms, logs, records.
