Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor knitting machines to ensure efficient production.
  • Thread and set up knitting machines with precision.
  • Replace broken threads, needles, and other machine components as needed.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and identify solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Accurately measure socks to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Perform routine quality inspections throughout production.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Communicate production issues and work effectively with team members.
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Job description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Knitting Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires critical thinking, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality products. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, works well independently, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the production process.

Schedule:

  • Monday 15–Thursday
  • 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Four 10-hour shifts (4/10 schedule)
  • Two paid 15-minute breaks
  • One unpaid 30-minute lunch
  • Enjoy a three-day weekend every week!
Responsibilities

Additional Information

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift, except during scheduled breaks and lunch.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
