PM New Logo is seeking a Food Prep Cook to start a career in the kitchen. You will gain on-the-job experience in cold food prep, maintaining a sanitary workspace, and assisting cooks and chefs.

We offer an entry-level role with potential to grow in a growing hotel company, plus benefits such as hotel and F&B discounts. You must be able to stand for long periods and handle varying schedules, including nights and weekends.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• F&B experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to think on your feet and work in high-pressure situations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all food items according to recipe cards and correct handling procedures.
• Maintain clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas. Make sure that all stations are properly cleaned at end of shift.
• Use leftovers and maintain proper storage of leftovers on the hot food side.
