Responsibilities

• Discipline youths by enforcing rules and documenting incidents for appropriate personnel.
• Serve as back-up to staff, including administering medications and transporting youths.
• Perform rounds and inspections, including room checks and searches.
• Coordinate daily educational and recreational programs and activities.
• Handle crisis situations and make sound judgments in absence of supervisor.
