Established Industry Leader - 75 Years Strong in Allentown, PA is seeking an entry-level Mechanical Drafting Engineer to design real-world infrastructure systems. You will produce detailed AutoCAD drawings for precast concrete structures and collaborate with the engineering and production teams.

This junior role offers hands-on experience in fluid dynamics applications for stormwater systems, BOM maintenance, and ongoing drawing revisions based on project feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Recent Graduate required.
• Experience with AutoCAD and drafting fundamentals required.
• Understanding of fluid dynamics and water flow principles is a plus.
• Interest in or exposure to stormwater or drainage systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Bills of Materials or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Position Overview

This entry-level Jr. Drafter role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience designing real-world infrastructure systems in a specialty niche industry that is critical in every city across the country. You will work closely with our experienced team of Drafters and production teams to create and refine designs used in underground utilities structures.

Key Responsibilities
