Qualifications

• One year as an Information Technology Trainee or Information Technology Technician; or three years of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, networking or desktop services, web site development or web site design, or other information technology support/administration services; or one year of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, networking or desktop services, web site development or web site design, or other information technology support/administration services, and an associate's degree in any information technology field; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Support: Review IT purchase materials and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with agency staff, vendors, and subject matter experts to move procurement actions forward
• Financial Tracking: Monitor procurement data and verify cost savings and funding needs
• Contract Management: Develop procurement documents and assist with evaluating proposals and vendor responses
• Issue Resolution: Address procurement obstacles and elevate issues when required
• Technical Assistance: Provide guidance on procurement-related matters for various IT domains
