Qualifications

• Assists with configurations and asset management for customer orders.
• Familiarity with imaging and hardware upgrades is a plus.
• Basic software and OS configuration across devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform system imaging using Ghost, USB boot, and PXE boot per procedures.
• Install and upgrade hardware components like memory, drives, and NICs.
• Configure software/OS on devices to ensure proper setup and compatibility.
• Conduct BIOS configurations and upgrades per specs.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics AX for order tracking and asset management.
• Tag assets and manage inventory through lifecycle.
• Pack, unpack, and kit hardware for deployment or shipping.
• Escalate issues and provide status updates to management.
• Interpret manuals and troubleshooting guides to resolve issues.
• Continuously acquire new technical skills.
