Job summary

Valley Tree Care LLC in Phoenix, AZ is building a new Irrigation Division and seeks motivated workers to grow with the team. You will dig trenches, wire valves and control boxes, lay out hydro-zoning systems, and replace emitters on high-end residential properties.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, ongoing training (Irrigation Certification supported by the company), and a hands-on path to advance within a fast-growing, family-owned operation.

Job Description

• Digging trenches
• Wiring with valves and control boxes
• Laying out systems (Hydro‑zoning Systems)
• Replacing emitters
• Reporting to your supervisor and crew lead
• Primarily working with high‑end residential properties
• Setting an example for the highest standards of safety and quality

Requirements

• Growth oriented, proactive, problem solving, and professional.
• Experience in irrigation not required but a plus.
• Strong dedication to safety.
• Driven and self‑motivated.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record (required). Must be able to drive.
• Company will assist you in obtaining Irrigation Certification, if you aren’t certified already.
