Qualifications

• Experience with SOPs, work instructions, and controlled documentation preferred.
• Root cause analysis experience preferred.
• Experience with complaint handling or quality systems in regulated industry preferred.
• Experience with design/manufacturing processes for medical devices preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer complaints pertaining to IPS.
• Assist in day-to-day IPS complaint processing including intake, dimensional analysis (3D scanning) of returned IPS products, and data logging.
• Assist teams with IPS complaint-related data requests.
• Assist Systems Engineering team in related investigative duties.
• Coordinate with sales representatives to gather information for investigations.
• Assist with related controlled documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
