Job summary

NuVasive Clinical Services, a Globus Medical subsidiary, provides intraoperative neuromonitoring to surgeons and healthcare facilities in the Cincinnati area. The Neuromonitoring Specialist/Associate Neurophysiologist monitors patients’ nervous systems during surgery, ensuring real-time data and high standards of patient care.

This field-based role supports NuVasive innovations and requires travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• CNIM eligibility via ABRET pathways is required or preferred.
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and related anatomy/physiology.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; OR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during procedures.
• Communicate monitoring data to surgical team in real time.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IONM equipment and logs, ensure compliance.
