Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to regularly lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math, counting, and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming freight and inventory.
• Verify quantities, item numbers, descriptions, and condition against receiving documents.
• Enter and update inventory transactions in the warehouse management system and FileMaker.
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and physical inventories as assigned.
• Research and help resolve discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
• Replenish and organize warehouse locations for accessibility.
