The position offers growth toward a full Inventory Clerk role and requires the ability to handle regular lifting and stand/walk for long periods. You will use a warehouse management system and FileMaker, perform counts, resolve discrepancies, and assist with returns and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming freight and inventory.
• Verify quantities, item numbers, descriptions, and condition against documents.
• Enter and update inventory transactions in the WMS and FileMaker.
• Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Assist with resolving inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
• Replenish locations based on inventory requirements.
• Organize inventory locations for accessibility.
• Assist with put-away of incoming inventory.
• Verify locations and correct misplacements.
• Support returns, damaged products, and adjustments.
• Pull inventory for orders and assist other warehouse departments.
• Use handheld devices to complete transactions.
• Maintain accurate product information and records.
• Communicate inventory concerns to supervisor.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and SOPs.
• Operate forklifts when trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
