Formación

• Goal-oriented and self‑motivated.
• Agricultural knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (if not currently licensed).
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or insurance‑related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage policy renewals and customer follow‑ups.
• Participate in training and licensing (if not currently licensed).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Comprehensive training program.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy information, and sales activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Meet with prospective and current customers to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Complete required training, licensing, and ongoing professional development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
