Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to learn the industry while developing sales and customer service skills. You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to tailor coverage options and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with a team to build a client portfolio, gain licenses (or leverage existing ones), and enjoy commission-based rewards along with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to discuss insurance needs with potential and existing clients.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships with owners and referral sources.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and submit your weekly schedule to your manager.
• Record daily sales activity and progress at day end.
