Qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and contact potential clients to assess insurance needs.
• Meet with clients to present personalized coverage options.
• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and manage activities.
• Schedule meetings and attend calls with the sales team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and generate referrals.
• Develop and nurture your client portfolio for renewal opportunities.
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
