Job summary

Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to educate businesses and individuals on supplemental insurance options. This in-person role focuses on building relationships, needs-based consultations, and guiding clients through enrollment.

You will join a service-oriented team with comprehensive training, licensing assistance, and an optional base draw during the first 6 weeks. Earnings are commission-based with strong upside.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and individual clients.
• Conduct needs-based consultations to identify coverage options.
